Abstract We report on a measurement of the cross-section of pp to \gamma+Z with Z decaying to bb by the CDF experiment, using the final dataset of 9.1 fb{-1} of integrated luminosity. Photons are selected with high isolation, ET > 15 GeV in the rapidity range |eta|< 1. Two jets are selected with ET > 30 and 20 GeV in the rapidity range |eta|< 1.5 with an invariant mass in the range 50 < MJJ < 110 GeV and separated by delta R > 1.5. The two-jet photon system is required to have an invariant mass greater than 80 GeV and both jets to be separated from the photon by delta R > 0.7. The cross section is determined to be: 0.36 +/- 0.16(stat.) +/- 0.11(sys.) pb in good agreement with the PYTHIA prediction of 0.35 pb (assuming a K-factor of 1.41).
