Diphoton candidata events are selected using three criteria which are global event selection,
standard photon identification,
and cosmic/beam-contamination rejection. The events are required good performances of detectors.
The events are then selected using the standard photon identification cuts if two isolated photons with corrected transverse energy Et
> 13 GeV were found in the central detector. After the standard photon ID cuts there is still some contamination from non-physics
collisions in the data sample. Events with out-of-time energy which can cause large fake MET and come from cosmic or beam-contamination
are rejected.
