Using the expected numbers of background events we estimate the expected 95% C.L. cross section upper limit for optimization. We expect the best limit comes from an additional cut of MET > 45 GeV. We observe no events with two isolated central photons with Et > 13 GeV on MET > 45 GeV, and compute 95% C.L. upper limits of the detectable cross section using the estimated acceptance in Bayesian statistics. The lower mass limit on the lightest chargino derived from this analysis is 168 GeV at NLO for Run II data collected during 2002-2003 Tevatron run with the center-of-mass energy of 1.96 TeV, corresponding to 202 pb^-1 of integrated luminosity. By mass relations in the model neutralino mass < 93 GeV and Lambda < 69 TeV are excluded.
