Abstract
We describe an analysis to search for 3-jet hadronic resonances at CDF.
This search is model independent. We choose R-parity violating supersymmetric (RPV SUSY) gluino pairs, each decaying into three partons to establish our sensitivity to new physics.
We use the kinematic quantities and correlations to create an ensemble of jet combinations which allow us to extract signal from the multi-jet QCD background.
We note that all-hadronic ttbar decays have a signature similar to our signal, and are used to test our sensitivity.
