Results of the first measurement of 3P orbitally excited neutral
D-meson states, D*0_2 and D0_1, produced in hadron collisions at the
Tevatron are presented. Using data from the displaced track trigger, CDF II
collects a large sample of these states in decay modes D*+ pi-, D+ pi-.
Masses and widths of both states have been measured with precision better
than or comparable to that of the world average.
