We present direct measurements of the spatial distribution of
ionizing radiation and low energy neutrons (E_n < 200 keV) inside the
tracking volume of the collider detector at Fermilab (CDF). Using data from
multiple exposures, the radiation field can be separated into components
from beam losses and collisions and can be checked for consistency between
the measurements. We compare the radiation measurements with an increase in
the leakage currents of the CDF silicon detectors and find reasonable
agreement.
