With extensive upgrades to the detector and electronics, CDF has
started collecting data with Run II of the Tevatron. The enhanced silicon
coverage and the use of silicon based tracks in the trigger, make CDF well
suited for a broad program of B hadron measurements. We present the current
status of the experiment and prospects for measurements in Run II.
