Recent data from the CDF and D0 experiments at the Tevatron are
presented on b quark production cross sections, J/psi, psi', and Upsilon
production cross sections.  An analysis from CDF of the production
polarization of the J/psi, psi', and Upsilon(1S) is reviewed and the results
discussed in the context of the color octet model.
