We present results of supersymmetric (SUSY) particle searches from the Collider Detector at Fermilab (CDF). First we describe searches for a charged Higgs boson and a stop squark, which could be produced in top quark decays. We also search for chargino-neutralino production using a trilepton signature. Finally, we investigate R-parity violating squark and LSP decay modes which have been produced to accommodate the excess of high-Q^2 events at HERA. No evidence for SUSY is found, and limits are placed on these processes.
