We have evaluated the performance of the CDF plug tile/fiber calorimeter under the radiation environment at a luminosity of 1 x 10^33 cm^-2 s^-1 at TeV33. The issues covered are the radiation damage, the anode current of photomultipliers, and the energy miss-measurement due to the minimum bias event pile-ups. The plug calorimeter is expected to perform as precision calorimetry in the pseudorapidity range up to $\approx 2.3.
