Drell-Yan dilepton production at high invariant mass place strong
limits on quark substructure.  Compositeness limits from CDF Run 1, and
expected sensitivity in Run II and TEV33 are presented.  The W asymmetry data
constraints the slope of the d/u quark distributions and significantly reduces
the systematic error on the extracted value of the W mass.
