We summarize the prospects of measuring the CP asymmetry in B^0 ->
J/psi K^0_s and B^0 -> pi^+ pi^- with the CDF detector in Run II starting in
1999.  We also explore the feasibility to determine sin 2 gamma and discuss
Run I results relevant to a measurement of CP violation at CDF.
