We report on a measurement of the ratio of b-quark production cross
section in ppbar collisions at sqrt s = 630 GeV and sqrt s = 1800 GeV
collected by the Collider Detector at Fermilab.  Results are compared to the
predictions of next-to-leading order QCD calculations.
