The CDF collaboration has used electron and muon decays of the W
boson in a sample of approximately 19 pb^-1 to measure m(W) = 80.41 +/- 0.18
GeV/c^2.  The measurement is discussed in terms of the prospects for the
improved accuracy of future measurements.
