We present the latest results of CDF searches for Z', W' and
leptoquarks.  Using about 70 pb^-1 data from 1992-95 CDF runs, we have
searched for Z' -> l^+l^-, W' -> WZ and pairs of second generation scalar
leptoquark, S_2.  We find no evidence for these new particles, and set new
mass limits at 95% CL.  We exclude M_{Z'} < 650 GeV/c^2, 205 < M'_W < 400
GeV/c^2, and M_s_2 < 180 GeV/c^2 for beta = 1 and M_s_2 < 141 GeV/c^2 for
beta = 0.5.  Two interesting strange events are also shown.
