The CDF Collaboration has measured the mass of the W boson using 5718W -> e nu and 3268 W -> mu nu events collected in \sim 20 pb^-1 in Run Ia at
the Fermilab Tevatron.  The measurement yields M_W = 80.41 \pm 0.18 GeV/c^2.
